The firm was created in 1996 by Didier Martin who has more than twenty years experience in the three major spheres of Industrial Property, namely Substantive Examination in Munich at the EPO (European Patent Office), private practice and in industry where Didier Martin was Head of the Patent Department of a large International Company.

     The firm comprises now a team of six persons.
     Our firm proposes the following Industrial Property services: obtaining, defending and enforcing patent rights, litigation, legal opinions, contracts and strategic advice at a national and international level.
